Erfgoedcruises introduces the first Vietnamese boutique cruise on the Red River and the Gulf of Tonkin. Our fleet of vessels combines classic elegance with comfort, showcasing the country’s history, art, cuisine and culture.

Met 20 hutten, two restaurants, a spa, swimming pool, bar and two lounges, de Halong Baai Erfgoedcruises is defining the pinnacle of luxury cruises in Halong Bay and Lan Ha dhr.. Passengers will be spoiled for choice in onboard entertainment, which together with our attentive staff and royal décor, creates an experience of the utmost comfort and opulence.

The route sailed by the Erfgoedcruises takes our passengers through Lan Ha dhr., where the beauty of the scenery is absolutely equal to that of Halong Bay. Lan Ha is a lesser-known route with the same incredible limestone karsts as Halong; something that bestows a greater sense of peace to every cruise undertaken by Heritage.

Dag 1: Hanoi – Haiphong – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay in Cat Ba Archipelago ( Maaltijden: L/D)

8:00 – 8:30 You will be greeted at your hotel to take the new highway to Got Ferry Terminal, Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City (if book our shuttle bus). You will travel on the longest bridge in Southeast Asia and be greeted at our lounge before boarding.

12:30 Board the Heritage Cruises boat and enjoy a welcome drink as you receive a cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in to your suite. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant.

12:40 Cruise to Da Chong islet, where you can see a heritage lighthouse built by the French more than 100 jaren geleden. Na het middageten, cruise to Gia Luan Lagoon where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea. This quiet bay is untouched and remote, as not many cruise ships visit.

15:30 The cruise vessel approaches the Ba Trai Dao or Three Peach beaches in Lan Ha dhr., a natural frontier between the provinces of Halong and Haiphong. This secret hideaway has beaches, caves and coves, plus the spectacular natural beauty of about 400 eilanden. Guests can try kayaking or simply swim in the clear waters of the bay.

17:30 Terug op Erfgoedcruises, enjoy life aboard the vessel or in your suite, and with cocktail in hand watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

18:30 Activities include afternoon tea and the chef will lead a Vietnamese cookery class.

19:30 A memorable dining experience will be offered at the restaurant, with local food in an intimate and romantic setting.

21:30 Enjoy evening views of the bay at the bar on the top deck. Try your hand squid fishing. The bars are open until late.

Dag 2: Halongbaai – Hanoi ( Maaltijden: B/L)

6:15 Start the day with a session of Vovinam on the sundeck,

6:45 The guests will enjoy a light breakfast on board.

7:15 Head off in a bamboo boat to explore the Dark and Bright Cave

9:00-9:30 Return to the ship for checkout.

10:00 Enjoy brunch while cruising back to harbour.

11:00 Return to Got Harbour and relax at our lounge while your transportation arrives.

12:10 Departure to Hanoi for those who have booked our Limousine service.

14:00 Approximate time of arrival in Hanoi, and drop-off at your hotel.

The Heritage Explorer Ocean Cruise is a program particularly designed for those who love exploring. Venture off the beaten track, go kayaking and visit floating fish farms and villages. Discover secluded beaches, lagunes, coves and caves.

Dag 1: Hanoi – Haiphong – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay ( Maaltijden: L/D)

17:30 Head back to the cruise ship and grab a cocktail to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

18:30 Options include a tea ceremony, massage, or a Vietnamese traditional cookery class.

19:30 A memorable dining experience at the restaurant features local delicacies in an intimate setting.

21:30 Relax at the top-deck bar, try your hand at squid fishing. The bars are open late.

Dag 2: Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay Hideaway ( Maaltijden: B/L)

6:15 Practise Vovinam on the sundeck at sunrise, followed by coffee, tea and pastries.

8:30 Transfer to a speedboat to visit Viet Hai Village. Take a bicycle ride or electric car through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a rice-field vista. Visit a traditional house in a village deep in a national park where you can observe the lifestyle of the local people and enjoy lunch on the village. Back to the speedboat to visit Lan Ha dhr..

13:30 Visit Lan Ha Bay where you can go bamboo boating, kayaking at Ba Ham Lake, enclosed by vertical cliffs (als het weer het toelaat).

17:30 Terug op Erfgoedcruises, enjoy life aboard the vessel or in your suite, and with cocktail in hand watch the sunset over the de Golf van Tonkin. The chef will lead a Vietnamese cookery class.

19:30 Enjoy a fine-dining experience in the main restaurant.

21:30 Welcome the night at the bar on the top deck, or try squid fishing. The bars are open late.

Dag 3 : Halongbaai – Hanoi ( Maaltijden: B/L)

6:15 Start the day with a session of Vovinam on the sundeck.
