Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay – Cong Do Area (Meals:L/D)

07:45 – 08:15: Pick up at hotel from Hanoi, transfer to Halong Bay City by shuttle bus or private car (book transfer in next step).

12:00: Arrive at harbor in Halong, transfer by tender boat. Embark Starlight Cruise. Enjoy welcome drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin. Then, have lunch while cruising into the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay.

In the afternoon, take a bamboo rowing boat trip (around 45 minutes) around Vung Vieng fishing village – one of the largest fishing villages in Halong Bay to see the life of local fishermen. The village is set in closed lagoon, surrounded by mountains, excellent settings for some good photos.

Return to Starlight Cruise, cruise to Cong Do Area and set anchor. Enjoy the sunset, relax with Jacuzzi, try mini-golf on the top deck or take part in a cooking demonstration and food décor with our Chef. Happy hour with finger food is served.

19:00 – 21:00: Dinner is served. Private dinner is available on request.

After dinner, spend free time to relax in your cabin, join squid fishing with the crew, sing karaoke or just laze around.

Day 2: Bai Tu Long – Thien Canh Son Cave -Hanoi ( Meals:B/L)

Start a new day with amazing dawn on the legendary Gulf of Tonkin. Refresh your body and soul by a Tai-chi lesson on sundeck. Catch morning view of seascapes with a cup of tea or coffee, have breakfast while continue cruising in the magical bay.

In the morning, explore the wild and mysterious Thien Canh Son Cave.

Return to Starlight Cruise, freshen up and check out your cabin. Enjoy brunch while cruising toward Hon Gai harbor.

On arrival, disembark. Drive back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 16:00, drop off at hotel. Tour ends.

08:00: 08:30: Leave Hanoi for Halong City. Check-in Oriental Sails JSC’s private waiting hall – The Oriental Sails Lounge in Hong Gai Tourist Wharf.

12:30 – 13:00: Embark Starlight Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

13:15 – 16:00: Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay.

16:00 – 17:00: Visit Thien Canh Son Cave – the most beautiful cave in Bai Tu Long Bay

17:00 – 17:30: Return to Starlight Cruise, Cruising to Cong Do Area, enjoy the sunset and relaxing with Jacuzzi

17:30 – 19:00: Try mini-golf on the top deck or take part in a cooking demonstration and food décor with our Chef. Happy hour with finger food is served.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Bai Tu Long Bay (Meals: B/L/D)

06:30 – 07:00: Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck.

07:00 – 08:00: Have breakfast at sunrise

08:30 – 10:30: Picked up by day boat and cruise forward Lan Ha Bay.

10:30 – 12:00: Kayaking at Dark and Light Cave.

12:00- 13:00: Have lunch.

13:00 – 15:00: Cruise to Three Peaches Beach, relaxing, kayaking and swimming

15:00 – 17:30: Return to mother boat and overnight at Cong Do Area

Day 3: Bai Tu Long Bay – Hanoi (Meals: B/L)

09:00 – 09:30: Return to Starlight Cruise for freshening up and checking out your cabin. Starlight Cruise weighs the anchor to continue roaming around the picturesque route toward Hon Gai harbour.

Important Notes:

PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
In case of unpredictable bad conditions of weather in Halong Bay, please kindly understand that the cancellation will be made ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and normally the announcement will be informed in short notice.
Please kindly provide us your passport information at least 01 week before the cruise date.

Cruise Policy

Check in on board: 12:30pm
Check out: 09:30 and Leave cruise at 11:00am
The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-09 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 10 and above must pay full fare as adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st and Tet Holiday.

Cancellation

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
