Grand Opening in Sept 2019, SCARLET PEARL CRUISES will be the newest 5 Star Cruise in Lan Ha Bay- Baie d'Halong.

All kinds of rooms can be set with an extra bed. In the short term, we will use Rolling Bed for the extra person. While others considering the use of rolling bed on board is obvious because of limited conditions, we are still working and discussing with designers to optimize the rolling bed so that the third client still feels respected and achieves full 5-star experiences like the others. For this, we will update you as soon as possible.

In the current situation, the Got pier is not eligible and standard to welcome 5-star clients, because the customers almost have to use the same area with the locals. And from this dock, the ships have to cross the sea for about 2-3 les heures, cutting across barges with a tonnage of hundreds of tons to reach the bay. In the short term, there are no specific cases of danger, but this fosters future risks.

VIP Check-in lounge

Although sharing a waiting lobby, we are the only fleet, up to now, owning a VIP check-in lounge right on the ground floor and having a direct view to the sea. Clients will be welcomed with a welcome drink and guided by our tour guide to go visit the building and introduced about this special architecture. And just have a small note that not every regular fleet has enough budget to join this port or they simply don’t want to incur additional costs because of moving their waiting rooms from the current place. So here, clients will completely feel their self-worth being enhanced to 5 étoiles.

A 2 jours et 1 night full of culture learning, friends making and enjoying the best of Lan Ha Bay. Here’s what you’ll be doing!

JOURNÉE 1: HANOI – HALONG – LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE (LUNCH/ DINNER)

08:30: Our limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

11:00: Arrive at the Scarlet Pearl check-in area at Halong International Cruise Port – Where we will complete the check-in process and other procedures.

Transfer to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. Bienvenue à bord! Enjoy a welcome drink during the cruise briefing, including safety instructions, before check-in to your cabin.

A splendid lunch is served at Tahiti Restaurant while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay. The bay has hundreds of small and large islands, making it an enormous, wonderful scene to look at while dining.

We reach the landing spot of Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island where we will hop on bikes (electric car available) for an active tour along small paved roads towards a village nestled in a valley. Meet and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school.

Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruises to relax and admire the sunset on our sundeck.

Our talented bartender will show you how to make a bartender! You then can make a special cocktail for a special family event after the course.

It is time to enjoy your dinner, as well as a special culture exchange on the restaurant stage between guests, who come from all over the world, and the Vietnamese host.

Jour 2: FONCÉ & BRIGHT CAVE – HANOI ( BREAKFAST/LUNCH)

06:30: Begin your new day with a Yoga session, taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window.

Enjoy a light breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the bay.

Visite sombre & Bright Cave which is the perfect destination for our excursion, a serene round lake encompassed by rich trees and high stone walls.

Take your pick either exploring the cave by yourself in a kayak or comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

09:15 – 9:45: Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruises, pack your luggage and check-out of your cabin while cruising towards the port.

Enjoy an extraordinary brunch on board and then disembark at Halong International Cruise Port. Our luxury limousine car will transfer you back to Hanoi.

14:30 – 15:00: Arrive back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Le voyage se termine.

3 jours et 2 nights is the perfect time to truly enjoy Lan Ha Bay’s beauty, with opportunity to visit Cat Ba island’s most famous landmarks or a full-day Catamaran exploration!

06:30: Begin your new day with a Yoga session, taking photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window.

Enjoy a light breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the bay.

Relax onboard until our luxury catamaran sailboat picks you up on style to explore some hidden parts of Lan Ha Bay such as Dau Be Island or Ba Trai Dao beach. A delightful picnic lunch will be taken with you on the sailboat to relish later.

12:00: Enjoy your special lunch on the luxury sailboat. Guests will have the chance to go fishing and swimming in the remote areas of the bay with the most breathtaking views.

Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruise, then take some time to refresh or relax with our massage services as we cruise to the sleeping area of the bay.

A new menu is served for this evening’s dinner.

En cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques imprévisibles dans la baie d'Halong, veuillez comprendre que l'annulation sera faite UNIQUEMENT par le conseil d'administration de la baie d'Halong et normalement l'annonce sera informée dans un bref délai.
Veuillez nous fournir au moins les informations de votre passeport 01 semaine avant la date de la croisière.

Politique de croisière

Vérifier: 09:30 et quitter la croisière à 11:00un m
Le tarif FOC pour les enfants de moins de 5 ans est applicable pour 1 (une) enfant partageant une cabine avec 2 (deux) adultes. Seul 1 (une) enfant de moins 5 ans voyageant avec deux (2) les adultes sont autorisés pour le FOC par cabine.
Les enfants de 5-09 paiera des frais supplémentaires 75% du tarif adulte.
Enfants 10 et au-dessus doit payer le plein tarif en tant qu'adulte.
Supplément haute saison: Un supplément de 50 $/adulte et de 40 $/enfant pour le dîner de gala s'applique si les invités restent à bord le 24 et/ou le 31 décembre et les vacances du Têt.

Annulation

Si l'annulation est annoncée par le conseil d'administration de la baie d'Halong, dépend du moment de l'annulation, les politiques suivantes seront appliquées:
Avant le départ de Hanoi vers la baie d'Halong (aucun des services n'a été utilisé): 100% remboursement.
Pendant le voyage (certains services ont été utilisés: transfert, déjeuner, excursion d'une journée, hôtel à Halong, etc.): les services utilisés seront facturés, le reste sera remboursé.
Le voyage soit réduit de 2 nuits à 1 nuit, les touristes se verront facturer un 2 voyage jours/1 nuit, ainsi que d'autres services utilisés, le reste sera remboursé.
