12:00: You will be checked-in in the PEGASUS lounge at No 16, Tuan Chau International Habor, Halong city. You will be transferred to Pegasus Cruise and given a short briefing before boarding.
13:00 – 16:00: Lunch at Pegasus Restaurant while Pegasus Cruise heads toward Halong Bay. You will pass the famous Bai Tu Long bay. Excursion starts via mountains on the sea. Our ship passes Tra Bau with beautiful lagoon then stop at the sheltered lagoon where you can go swimming or kayaking with hidden lagoons on Lan Ha Bay.
17:30 – 18:30: Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktail “Happy Hour” is held at sunset, Pegasus Cruise will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island.
19:00: Dinner at Pegasus restaurant, savor a delicious seafood Feast. After dinner, indulge in drinks and music at Lounge, squid fishing, a spa treatment with sauna at Pegasus Spa.
7:00: Light Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The ship passed Bright Cave and other islets in Lan Ha Bay, which is an ideal for bamboo boat rowed by locals. 9:30: Captain Brunch is served at Pegasus Restaurant as we once again cruise past Bai Tu Long Bay before your bill settlement, check-out, and return to Cruise Port. 11:00 – 11:30: Disembark at the Halong Cruise Port. 12:00: Getting on Pegasus Lounge.
Notes: Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area, but internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Halong.

Day 01: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay (L/D) 12:00: Meetup in Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of Pegasus cruises. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.
13:00: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
15:00: Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
16:00 Back to Pegasus Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Swimming on the bay.
Enjoy the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.
Overnight on board.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village – Van Boi Beach (B, L, D)
06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
07:00: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
08:00: Transfer to day boat for visit Viet Hai village. You will take the bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people.
12:30: Back to day boat for visiting Lan Ha Bay. Lunch served on day boat.
13:30: Visit Lan Ha bay, free kayaking to discover bay by yourself and swimming in the blue water.
Visit the Van Boi area, which is the heart of Lan Ha bay, there are a lot of white sandy and coral beaches.
16:30: Return to Pegasus cruise, time for relaxing. Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.
19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.
Overnight on board.
Day 03: Dark & Bright Cave – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
07:00: Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
08:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Bay.
09:15: Back to our Pegasus, relax before checking out.
10:00: Lunch is served on board.
11:30: Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender.

In case of unpredictable bad conditions of weather in Halong Bay, please kindly understand that the cancellation will be made ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and normally the announcement will be informed in short notice.
Please kindly provide us your passport information at least 01 week before the cruise date.

Cruise Policy
Check in on board: 12:30pm
Check out: 09:30 and Leave cruise at 11:00am
The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-09 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 10 and above must pay full fare as adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st and Tet Holiday.
Cancellation
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
