DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG. (L, D)

8.30 – 9:00 a.m approx.

– Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

– Start 2,5-hour road journey via new highway on ultra-luxurious limousine

11:45– 12h00: approx

Transfer to Le Théatre Cruise by tender. Warmly welcome by our crew and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at The Opera restaurant Check into your cabin. Refresh your self during the transient waiting time for leaving Gia Luan harbor.

13:00: Buffet lunch will be served in The Opera restaurant while Le Théatre cruise towards Halong Bay.

15:00: Explore Ao Ech area belonged to Lan Ha bay. It’s a great ideal destination for kayaking around limestone islets, enjoy swimming in crystal water.

17:00: Return to Le Théatre cruise. We sail through the calm emerald waters heading to the sleeping area for anchoring.

17:30 – 18:30: Sunset tea break

Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset. It’s nice chatting time to make acquaintance with new friends or simply enjoy hunting photos and drinks.

18:00: Small class of Cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you on on how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.

19:15: Delicious dinner is served with A la carte menu in The Opera restaurant.

After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at a panoramic bar or take one of our onboard activities: squid fishing, a spa treatment service or movies in your cabin. Over night on board.

Explore the breathtaking and peaceful view on this unique Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay. Start cruising and enjoy our special feast of Vietnamese dishes while Le Théatre Cruise slowly slides on the romantic waves of the bay. On the second day, our day boat and tour guide will take you to discover the untouched places on Lan Ha Bay as visiting Viet Hai village on Cat Ba island, fishing floating village on the bay. You can spend all the time swimming and kayaking among hundreds of islets or relaxing on our boat.

DAY 2: HALONG – HANOI. (Light breakfast, Brunch )

06:15: Tai Chi on Sunrise sundeck.

Watch the sunrise with a Tai Chi session on sundeck,

06:30: Followed by a light breakfast in The Opera restaurant

7:45: Visit beautiful water cave named Dark & Bright cave by comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

Going through the Dark & Bright cave, travelers will come to a lagoon, surrounded by magnificent mountains. The scene gives us a feeling of being lost in Heaven.

09:00: Come back to the Le Théatre cruise. Pack up your luggage and check out the room.

09:30 Buffet brunch will be served as we once again cruise back to harbor before your bill settlement and return to Tuan Chau Island.

Transfer to ultra-luxurious limousine returned to Hanoi.

Arrival back at your hotel at approximately 16:30.

08:15 – 08:30: Take your handbag with a comfortable dress, shoes, and swimming suit before transferred to day boat and join a group tour. Cabin is unchanged on Le Theatre Cruise.

10.30 Visit VIET HAI village on Cat Ba island.

Cycling with our tour guide or take an electric car with driver to Viet Hai village. Enjoy gorgeous sceneries of the national parks along the village road. We also visit a local family’s house to learn about daily local life.

12.30 Go back to the day boat.

Keep cruising to Van Boi area of Lan Ha Bay, a very quiet touristy area in the bay.

Enjoy a Vietnamese fusion cuisine lunch onboard.

After lunch, free time to enjoy kayaking yourself or enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters or treat your self with drinks on the boat.

15.30: So long the day boat and group before going back to Le Théatre cruise.

Relaxing time on board after a day. It’s ideal to getting know with a new group come.

17:30 – 18:30: Sunset tea break

Important Notes:

PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
In case of unpredictable bad conditions of weather in Halong Bay, please kindly understand that the cancellation will be made ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and normally the announcement will be informed in short notice.
Please kindly provide us your passport information at least 01 week before the cruise date.

Cruise Policy

Check in on board: 12:30pm
Check out: 09:30 and Leave cruise at 11:00am
The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-09 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 10 and above must pay full fare as adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st and Tet Holiday.

Cancellation

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
