ITINERARY:

07:45 Tour guide and bus pick you up from hotel/stay and depart for Halong Bay

10:30 Stop over on to stretch the legs, go restroom or refreshment, about 20 minutes

12:15 Arrive in Ha long bay harbor, check in reception

12:30 Boarding cruise with warmly welcoming from Crew and get welcome drink.

Safety briefing on board, while the boat heading the bay. (Halong Luxury Day Tour)

12:45 The lunch with being served in Vietnamese cuisine & seafood, with total 9 dishes.

14:00 Stop at Luon Cave, a water cave for kayaking, rowing bamboo boat or onboard relaxing (paying-optional). If not, the customer could stay on the sundeck and the boat keep moving around to discover other beautiful parts of the bay such as Human head islet, Horse seat islet…

14:45 Arrive Surprising cave, leave the boat to visit the hugest cave in Halong Bay in one hour.

15:45 Get back the boat then come back pier, get the afternoon refreshment with fruits, snacks…

17: 00 Disembark to get on the bus, moving to expressway to get back Hanoi

18:30 Shortstop to go toilet if needed, around 5 minutes

20:00 -20.30 Say goodbye to you at your hotel/stay.

In case of unpredictable bad conditions of weather in Halong Bay, please kindly understand that the cancellation will be made ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and normally the announcement will be informed in short notice.
Please kindly provide us your passport information at least 01 week before the cruise date.

Cruise Policy

The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-09 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 10 and above must pay full fare as adult.

Cancellation

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
