ITINERARY OF ATHENA CRUISES

FULL ITINERARY:

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY  ON ATHENA CRUISES ( L/ D)

08:00– 08:30: Our tour guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter (If you booked the transfer).

08:30: Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours by our Limousine Shuttle Bus (Extra fees) via High-Speed Express Way 5B

10:00: Stopover

12:30: Welcome on board

13:00: Lunch (During the lunch the boat is cruising pass the small fishing village)

14:20: Go to visit Sung sot cave (you should bring hiking shoes, camera…)

After visiting Sung sot cave, we will comeback Alisa boat, our boat keep cruising to kayak area

16:00: Kayaking( Please change your clothes because it will be wet, we don’t recommend you to take your camera, cell phone together)

18:00: Enjoy Happy hour for drinking and Sunset party at the sky bar, on the 4 floors.

18:15: Cooking class (Enjoy Vietnamese traditional food – Spring rolls)

19:00: Dinner Is served.

20:30: Relaxing time (Squid fishing )

DAY 2:  ATHENA CRUISE- HANOI ( B/L)

6:45 – 7:45: Breakfast is served.

7:45 – 8:45: Visit Titop Island, where you can go swimming and hiking. (when we go you need to bring a swimming suit, sun cream, sunglasses, a little money,…

9:45: Check out time (For the better arrangement, please put your luggage out of the door and return the room key at the reception). Our staff will help you to transfer your luggage to the jetty in advance.

9:45-10:30: Early Lunch is served.

10:30: Pay the bill at the bar counter on the 2 floors.

11:00: Say goodbye to the crew and disembark on Halong harbor.

12:00: Get on The bus come back to Ha Noi. ( If you booked the transfer)

NOTE: Single Stay ( 1 person / 1 cabin) will be added 65 USD for 2 days and 1 night

• Children under 2 years old are FOC, sharing a room with parent/s.

DAY 2: CONG DAM AREA 06:30      Practice one of the oldest traditions of East Asia: Tai Chi – A beautiful and relaxing experience on the open deck. 07:00-08:15 Breakfast is served in the restaurant. 08:30      Transfer on the day boat to start an incredible trip to Ha Long Bay. Surrounded by a breathless landscape, you will discover some of the most beautiful corners of the bay. Enjoy Kayaking in the area. 12:00      Have lunch on the boat. 15:30-16.30 Back to the Athena Cruise and you will have some free time. Relax in your cabin or on the Sundeck. The bar is open late to serve you DAY 3: BAI TU LONG BAY-THIEN CANH SON CAVE- HA NOI 06:30   Practice one of the oldest traditions of East Asia: Tai Chi – A beautiful and relaxing experience on the open deck. 07:00   The Early Bird Coffee is ready to wake up you 07:30   Explore Thien Canh Son cave in Ha Long Bay. Witness its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Note: there are about 200 steps to get up to the cave. 09:00    Check out time. Please put your luggage outside the cabin and the key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to our lounge for you. Bill settlement at the reception desk. 09:30      Brunch is served at the restaurant on the 2nd deck. 10:45      The boat arrives at the pier. Remark:

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
• Meals onboard are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should provide us with any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
• Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
• Elderly people, people with physical health problem or kids who cannot use kayaking and need to use a bamboo boat are free of charge.
• Policy for a single cabin and an extra bed:
• The third person using extra bed: price as one adult

Policy for children:

• 01 child under 5-year-old (sharing an existing bed with parents): Free of charge
• 01 child from 5 and under 11-year-old (sharing an existing bed with parents): 75% of one adult
• The second children 02 children under 5-year-old using an extra bed per a cabin: 75% of one adult
• From 11-year-old: price as one adult
